Refund & Return Policy

At The Valley Dolls, each product is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our candles and fragrance oils, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

  • For non-custom items (like stickers or notebooks once available), unused and unopened products may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.


Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If returning an eligible item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
