  • In original packaging

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

 


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Opened or used perfume sprays

  • Opened or used fragrance oils

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

Accessories (Scrunchies & Hair Clips)

 


Scrunchies and hair clips may be eligible for return only if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

 


 

 

How to Start a Return

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


If approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

 

Damages, Leaks, or Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery.

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect

  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging for faster resolution

 


Approved damage or error claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order once the return has been processed.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
