Do you offer customization for your products?
At this time, The Valley Dolls does offer customization. All items are produced in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, The Valley Dolls ships within the United States only. We’re working toward expanding international shipping in the future.
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume sprays and fragrance oils are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom items, sale items, gift cards, and opened personal care products are non-returnable.

What if my item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@thevalleydolls.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be canceled or changed before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified.
