Do you offer customization for your products?
Yes! Many of our products can be customized to suit your preferences. Personalized items require extra care, so processing times typically range from 1–7 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, The Valley Dolls ships within the United States only. We’re working on expanding international shipping in the future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging. Custom and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@thevalleydolls.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check delivery status on the carrier’s website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed before processing begins. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be modified. If you need to request a change, please email us right away at info@thevalleydolls.com

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping and the option to include a personalized note for an additional fee. These can be selected at checkout.
